Youth Fencers Enroll at Holston Academy for Access to Accredited, Flexible Online Courses for Grades 6-12

Student athletes benefit from a college-preparatory online education that is both flexible and challenging. Fencers enroll at Holston Academy for single courses during the summer and school year as well as full-time for ultimate flexibility and personalization in their education.
Our Approach
At Holston Academy, we recognize student-athletes need flexibility to train and travel without compromising the quality of their academic experience. We take a personalized approach to learning, which means meeting each student where they are, recognizing their unique strengths, opportunities, and learning preferences. This involves tailoring educational experiences to align with each student’s individual pace of progress, encouraging students to develop mentor-mentee relationships with their Academic Coach and teachers, and empowering students to take ownership of their education, fostering a more engaging and effective learning process.
Summer Program
Students can choose from more than 300 online courses in our course catalog including middle school, college prep, honors, Advanced Placement® (AP), and Dual Enrollment during the summer months. Our summer courses begin May 5th, and courses may be completed in as little as six weeks. Students may enroll in a course anytime throughout the summer up until early August.
Tuition and Enrollment
Holston Academy believes in a student-centered approach to education that provides each student with the support, flexibility, and tools needed to be successful in their education. Students can choose to enroll in one or two courses during the school year or summer months, or full-time to take advantage of additional offerings such as Academic Coach support and college counseling.
