Holston Academy is a nonprofit, grades 6-12 Stanza Education Corporation School, accredited by WASC and Cognia. As part of a network of personalized, small learning communities, our mission is to provide an educational experience that equips our students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to excel in an ever-changing world. We see ourselves not only as an online school, but as a community dedicated to nurturing independent thinking, fostering a lifelong love for learning, and shaping responsible global citizens.

Accreditations & Approvals
The accreditation process ensures that schools meet high-quality educational and operational standards through a review process by an external institution. Holston Academy has worked hard to earn and maintain our accreditations and approvals.
Our Approach
Our student-centered model of education focuses on building a Personalized Learning Plan specific to each student’s strengths, opportunities, interests, and future goals. With the guidance of an Academic Coach and teacher support, students are encouraged to become independent thinkers who take ownership of their education.
