Course Overview:

Elevate your photography skills with Middle School Photography 1B: Drawing with Light, an engaging online course designed for students in grades 6–8. Building upon the foundational techniques learned in Photography 1A, this course delves deeper into the art and science of capturing compelling images.​

Students will explore advanced topics such as vacation photography, wildlife and pet photography, portrait techniques, and effective photo management and editing. They’ll learn to prepare for photographing various scenarios, address common challenges, and apply tips to enhance their photographic outcomes. The course also emphasizes photographer etiquette, including understanding the dos and don’ts while on-site, and guides students through the process of printing, mounting, and framing digital images for display or gifting purposes.

By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of advanced photography techniques, enabling them to produce high-quality images and present them professionally.​
