Honors Hebrew 6
Course Overview:
In this Honors Hebrew 6 online course, the main goal of the course is for students to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, professional, and abstract topics to express themselves effectively. Students should be able to write multi-paragraph texts including letters and short research papers. The main grammar focus of the course is to improve their knowledge of Hebrew grammar, word-formation, vocabulary, and verb conjugation, as well as accurate pronunciation and communicative skills.
The central themes of the course will be based on formal and informal conversations on practical, social, professional, and abstract topics. The materials in this level will include a variety of literary texts, general reports, essays, and articles in newspapers and magazines. The student learning outcomes of this level are to be able to communicate using a variety of expressions and idioms, read literature, and recognize the parts of a story or novel, among others.
Honors credit is granted through completion of additional coursework.
