AP® Statistics

Course Overview:

In this AP® Statistics online course, students will explore a wide range of statistical and probability concepts. In Semester A, students will begin with an introduction to descriptive statistics, including data visualization techniques, measures of center and spread, and the analysis of distributions. They’ll also delve into probability, linear regression, sampling, and discrete random variables. In Semester B, the course continues with topics like sampling distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, inference for two-sample data, chi-square distributions, and inference for regression. Throughout the course, students will learn how to analyze data, make inferences, and apply statistical methods to real-world scenarios, equipping them with valuable skills for understanding and interpreting data.
